Would You Take A Year Off Of Your Life If Given The Chance?

What would you do if you had everything, but did not actually find yourself fulfilled at the same time? Would you continue down the same path or would you one day decide to leave everything behind and find out what this world has to offer? That is the premises for the new movie, "Eat, Pray, Love," staring Academy Award Winner Julia (I will forever be known as a hooker) Roberts. Based on the hugely successful best selling novel by Elizabeth Gilbert based on events which occurred in her own life. If you haven't heard of the book or the movie for that matter it follows Liz (Robets) leaving behind her perfect life in order to experience and indulge and find a new direction for her meaning in this world. We follow her as she journeys to Italy (Eat) to India (Pray) and Bali (Love). Roberts will be joined on screen by a plethora of talented actors to bring this highly praised book to life on the big screen. James Franco, Viola Davis, Billy Crudup, Javier Bardem and Richard Jenkins. Directed by the extremely talented Ryan (Glee is the best show on television) Murphy who has already proved he can transform the words of an author to make a truly touching movie (see Running With Scissors great film) I feel he will do no wrong in bringing this book to the big screen. Given the right material Julia Roberts can really shine in a role (see Steel Magnolias, Pretty Woman) and by the looks of the trailer it looks like after taking a long break that she may be back in fine form. I for one want to indulge in Italy, Pray in India and Love in Bali all in the comfort of my cinema seat. Eat, Pray Love opens 7 October (Australia).
