Grab The Panadol Cause Your About To Have Another Hangover

The breakout comedy of 2009 was definitely The Hangover. Not only was it one of the funniest movies of 2009, but it defied expectations of star power at the box office. Not one of the main actors were as the media dub "A List." They did not have a big action scene, and they were opening in one of the toughest box office seasons. But it came out strong not only critically and financially, but made huge stars out of Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Justin Bartha and my personal favourite Zach Galifianakis. It was only a matter of time before the studio new they were onto something and have jumped on board to make a sequel. Okay when I first heard this I thought, "how in the world are they going to suppress the original?" But I have to admit when I first saw the previews of the first Hangover I thought seriously not another gross out movie aimed at teenage boys. But I was wrong. I went along to see it and was in hysterics all the way through. What other movie do you know showed off Mike Tyson's comedic skills, brought Heather Graham's career back from the dead and had a real life tiger drugged? I'm not going to ruin it for you, but seriously do yourself a favour and rent it. Well all the cast are on board as well as the original director Todd Phillips, and I heard on the Ellen Show when Ed Helms was on that they were beginning shooting this week. The script is under guard with no word on what the story will be about this time. There have been rumours flying around that it will be set in Thailand, so let your mind go wild as you can just imagine what the boys are going to get up too. Let's just hope this is one sequel that will give you a throbbing headache in the morning but in a good way instead of nauseous due to thinking how could anyone make this rubbish. Well only time will tell when The Hangover 2 opens next year.
