It's Thursday and you know what that means? Movie day!!!! (Applause Applause). Tonight I will be checking out the new animation adventure "Despicable Me" staring Steve Carrell as the voice of the main character Gru. When I first saw the previews to this movie months ago, I really wasn't that impressed, but I am a sucker for marketing and it looks like it has worked as it will be my cinema experience tonight. It does have some great factors to make it appealing. One, I love Carrell. Two, It has some great comedians as other voice talents (Will Arnett, Russell Brand and Kristen Wiig love you all) and three, it has made a killing at the American box office and was a surprise summer hit over there. Plus it is in 3D and I am a sucker for that shit. Later tonight I will give a full run down on what I thought and if it will surprise and delight like many other animated movies of this year (love you Toy Story 3).
