Okay first off, just so you know there is not going to be any dancing tea cups. No magical rose. No tunes coming out at inappropriate times making no sense to the story at all.This ain't no Disney movie. But hey this one will star a Olsen Twin so that's a plus. But it is taking a old story and making it come into 2011. The movie is "Beastly" and is going to show beauty and the beast in a whole different light. No longer will the beast be covered in fur, but will be covered in hideous scars. The movie will follow the life of Kyle, the hottest, popular rich kid who has had everything handed to him in life. One evening at a party a witch puts a curse on him (hello Mary-Kate Olsen are you being stereotyped here) and turns him into a disfigured guy who has to leave behind his old life due to his imperfections. What he finds out is that everyone was never his true friends anyway. Unless he gets a woman to fall in love with him, he will be this way forever (see it's a new spin, clever huh) The movie will star Alex Pettyfer (Stormbreaker) as Kyle (Beast if you like) and Vanessa Hudgens will cast off her High School Musical persona to play Linda (please don't feel the need to break out in song Vanessa). Also staring is Neil Patrick Harris and Peter Krause the movie will be out early next year. Just please no singing tea cups save us all.
